Land Search

The Architects want 25 to 30 acres of land.  This size of land is NOT available in the Los Angeles County.  Five acres of undeveloped land in Los Angeles area sells around $10,000,000 or more, which is expensive.

Hence, we have searched for the land around Los Angeles County like, Palm Springs, Palmdale, Victorville.  Such a land is available, but the location is not desirable. They are all in the deserts or near the San Andreas Earthquake Fault!!!  Hence the only area desirable at present is San Luis Obispo [150 miles from Los Angeles], which is near the Ocean and has plenty of land. We have located 85 Acres and 150 acres lots at reasonable prices around $1,500,000.

However, the city government is not willing to allow this project because this land has been designated as the agricultural land. They do not like to change the Zoning to build a school or University.  It is extremely difficult to find the land in California.  Please see the attachment for the lands in San Luis Obispo, which we have located.
